Rates for Little Diamond Island Lake Cobbossee West Gardiner Maine
May June 1-15 $550 per week $150 per day 3 day minimum
June 15-August 30 $800 week $200 per night weekend $150 mid week 3 day minimum
September $550 per week $150 per day 3 day minimum
Additional 8% state tax
39 dmage waiver.

First payment of 50% due within 7 days
Final payment due 60 days before your visit

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 60 days in advance subject to 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 60 days will be refunded if time is rebooked. Every effort will be made to re rent that time.
